Job Description  

Robert Half Marketing & Creative (formerly TCG) is working with a full-time agency looking for their next Art Director. Oversee the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, internet, mobile, social media, email, television and radio ads; co-operatives; and corporate internal and external publishing. It directs a team of fashion designers, photographers, actors, production artists and freelancers. Within the agency, the artistic director works with top-level writers to develop marketing campaign strategies, and often focuses on a specific area, such as printed advertising or broadcast. You need to have strong leadership skills, design background and expertise with apps like Adobe Creative Suite. Five to seven years of experience working in a related area within the required speed agency.



What to do every day



- Monitor actors, photographers and production artists on projects



- Lead the development of art marketing and promotional materials, which may include radio, print or television commercials



- Manage the concept, design and visualization of integrated systems, across the channel



- Fashion presentations and project plans, presented to customers, and ensure effective online representation of customer products, including complex website design, user interface and collaborative campaigns



- Working with copywriters to create a variety of marketing strategies

Job Requirements

- five-7 years of experience working in rapid paced organization
