Job Description  

A Wall Street client based in Law Street wants to hire a CFO / controller in his team. This person will be responsible for the accounting / financial activities of the organization. The position will be for three days in office, so only local candidates are wanted.




Responsibilities


1. Process cash receipts - including recording cash receipts, processing remote cash payments.


2. Monitor online banking activities and synchronize banking activities for daily bookings.


3. Review the daily payroll online.


4. Backup online banking services including setting up wires / ACH and new accounts, and processing trust transactions etc.


5. Record monthly JE.


6. Payment process and JE payment process.


7. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation and review checks / s in six months.


8. Review and synchronize B / S items on a monthly basis.


9. Make the end of the month and close the end of the year.


10. Prepare monthly F / S (I / S, B / S).


11. Prepare an annual budget.


12. Prepare real to real budget in real analysis, revenue analysis, and other ad-hoc analysis.


13. An important person to create / create reports in Aderant.
