Job Description  

Our client is looking for a Digital Services Specialist to get an exciting job opportunity! The Digital Services Specialist will be responsible for sponsoring their online / mobile banking services, from customer service to transaction submission. They will be taking incoming calls from individual and corporate clients, answering questions / providing online banking solutions.



Responsibilities:

- The process of registering and maintaining digital services

- Coordinate product installation, setup, and customer activation

- Assist with remote deposit review, mobile deposit, e-statement requests, and any other questions / requests customers may have

- Deposit Services Department

- Improve and maintain departmental processes
